I don't think I ever posted the before and after pictures of my stamp room. I did a total clean out of the room, removing everything, and sorting it in KEEP, SELL, and TOSS piles. Then I added some more shelving in the closet. I organized everything into categories, and then stored it in either the Iris storage boxes, or just the flexible 12x12 folders. Let me know if you have any questions and what I have used to store it, or how I have sorted it all out. I hope you like it. I love it. It has made me so much more productive. Everything has a place and everything I kept is important and is being used. I also made a commitment to not buy any more until I use what I have. So far I have kept that promise.
BEFORE:
The next 2 pictures are just the contents of the closet - scary - I know - no wonder I couldn't find anything!!!
AFTER - SO MUCH BETTER!!!!

Here is the closet -complete with the new shelves. I organized everything into categories, and then stored it in either the Iris storage boxes, or just the flexible 12x12 folders. For example, I keep all my Christmas embellishments, ribbon and paper in the Iris boxes. But then I use just a flat 12x12 folder for the dog paper and extras. I keep halloween, pumpkins, and fall stuff together. Also, all the valentines, hearts, and Easter eggs are together. Let me know if you have any questions and what I have used to store it, or how I have sorted it all out. All my pictures needing to be scrapped are all on the left side of the closet. All my goodies to make special projects with are on the third shelf. This was the biggest black hole in my closet before. I didn't know what I had, or where it was!! This is also the biggest part of my promise not to buy anything else until all these goodies are gone.
Stamp and ribbon storage with all the extra things down below. Everything is still very accessible, so I am not constantly getting up and down.
